Payment Plan Terms, Missed Payments, and Default Policy

1. Payment Authorization

All students enrolled in a payment plan are required to maintain valid automatic payment (auto-draft) authorization at all times. Payments will be charged on the agreed-upon schedule using the payment method provided.

It is the student’s sole responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available and that payment information remains current and valid.

2. Missed Payments and Immediate Consequences

Any missed, declined, failed, or reversed payment will result in immediate suspension of access to all course materials, learning systems, and program participation.

Access will not be restored until the account is brought fully current, including any applicable fees.

There is no grace period for missed payments.

3. Default

A student will be considered in default if any of the following occur:

4. Financial Obligation

Enrollment in the program constitutes a binding financial agreement. The student is responsible for the full balance of tuition, regardless of:

5. Collections and Legal Action

Accounts that are not paid as agreed may be referred to a third-party collections agency or pursued through legal action without further notice.

6. No Reinstatement Without Payment

Students who are removed or suspended due to non-payment will not be reinstated unless the account is brought fully current and reinstatement is approved at the sole discretion of the institution.

7. No Exceptions

Failure to read or understand these terms does not relieve the student of responsibility. Exceptions will not be made for financial hardship, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

8. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a payment plan, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full and accept all associated financial responsibility.
