PES has an 88% pass rate on the state CNA exam for first time test takers!
We have chosen a virtual/hybrid model for our program because it WORKS! (And most of our students also have to work, and need flexibility.)
Virtual learning is now required at most facilities where CNAs are employed.
Virtual learning prepares students for state testing.
Virtual learning is the future. We want our students prepared.
Unlike other programs, OUR virtual classes are strictly monitored. Students must demonstrate mastery of the topics. They also can't just fast forward or skip through the material. Our students also must pass with a 75% or higher pass rate; we don't just pass anyone.
Please be aware that our hybrid program is a full time program. Even though the program is hybrid, and there is some flexibility in attending the virtual portion, students are still expected to attend class and be in the virtual classroom 6-8 hours a day. Students must meet mandatory check-in points in order to successfully pass the virtual portion. Each "part" takes around 18-22 hours to complete. Failure to follow these guidelines will see a student removed from the virtual classroom,. This is an intensive and immersive program.

COURSE PACING:
The virtual course has built in due dates to ensure that you are staying on track and on path for on time completion.
This means that each "PART" or section of the course is to be done by a certain day and time. If not, you will be automatically removed from the classroom; absolutely no extensions will be offered to any student for any reason. It is incredibly important that you stay on task during your time in the virtual classroom.
As a reminder, because this is a full time class, we do not recommend working full time and attempting this class; you will fail.
Each "part" takes anywhere from 18-24 hours to complete. Please be mindful of this as you are working your way through the course.
Failure to follow these course pacing guidelines will see you automatically removed from the course, and you will receive a failure for the course. No refunds will be issued for those who fail the course.

A PES state certified instructor is available for any assistance in the virtual classroom Monday-Friday from 8AM-8PM EST.
