PES has an 88% pass rate on the state CNA exam for first time test takers!
PES School of Nursing Education provides students with the education, skills practice, instructional resources, and preparation tools designed to help them successfully complete their nurse aide training and prepare for the state certification examination.
State testing is administered by an independent third-party testing provider and is separate from the training program. Because examination performance is determined by each individual candidate, PES School of Nursing Education does not and cannot guarantee a passing score on any state examination.
Students are ultimately responsible for preparing for the examination, reviewing all testing-provider materials, following examination instructions, arriving prepared, and demonstrating the required knowledge and skills during testing.
Our role is to provide students with the tools and learning opportunities needed to prepare. A student's state examination result depends on many factors, including individual preparation, attendance, practice, comprehension, test-day performance, and compliance with the testing provider's requirements.
Completion of the PES nurse aide training program does not constitute a guarantee of certification, licensure, employment, or successful completion of the state examination.
State testing is done through Headmaster/TMU. They are a third party company, and PES is not affiliated with Headmaster in any way.

The Bureau of Community & Health Systems is requesting that all training programs share with their graduating certified nurse aides the following information. To help support the success of certified nurse aides, we are also asking if the programs could assist the nurse aides with creating an account in MILogin and MI-NATES systems.
