PES School of Nursing Education Terms and Conditions
All student payments are NON-REFUNDABLE for CNA Training, Medical Assistant, and Phlebotomy Technician. Any student who submits a fraudulent dispute, will be charged with felony theft. Disputes will be fought and if necessary, settled in small claims court, and through the legal system.
Students who enroll in our programs agree to the following:
I understand that I must have a LAPTOP or TABLET and that I cannot use a cell phone to access the virtual class. Furthermore, I understand that if I do not adhere to this, I will be removed from the virtual learning environment and will fail the class, and no refund will be offered for the class.
I understand that the initial portion of our virtual/hybrid classes is asychronous meaning that it is somewhat self-paced.
I also understand that I will have a set number of weeks total to complete the virtual learning portion of the class AND my lab and clinical hours (if applicable). If I do not complete it in that timeframe, I will have to start over, for additional fees. Note: all students have until Friday at 12:00 PM EST to complete the didactic/virtual portion of the class.
I understand that the virtual portion of the class requires a minimum number of hours of online training that are MANDATORY, and are very carefully monitored. I cannot skip through the coursework, and I understand that I must complete all required hours before I can complete lab or clinical hours. I understand that I am not able to attend lab or clinical hours (if applicable) until the virtual portion of class is complete, the audit on my file has been performed, and I have been given permission to enroll for lab/clinical hours.
Cheating of any kind in the virtual classroom is strictly monitored and prohibited. Any student caught sharing answers, sharing of proprietary information, or any student caught cheating will be removed from the classrom and will fail the course. PES has a zero tolerance policy for cheating of any kind.
I understand that all lab and clinical hours for the virtual CNA program must be completed IN PERSON. These are not able to be completed "virtually." I will be required to attend these days in-person and complete hand-on practice under the supervision of a PES instructor.
Lab hours for the phlebotomy technician course are mandatory and may not be missed. Any student who misses lab hours fails the course, and will be required to retake and pay for another course.
I understand that all courses with PES School of Nursing Education are FULL TIME classes, and that it is NOT recommended that I both work and attempt to attend class at the same time. I further understand that if I choose to do this, and I am not successful in the class, I will be responsible for paying out of pocket for another attempt at the class.
Any student who is not successful will have one attempt to re-take the class, at cost. Students who are not successful during the second attempt at the course will have a 12 month wait before they can reapply and an administrative review will apply before admission into the program is granted.
Any student caught cheating, falsifying documentation, violating school rules or policy, submits a fraudulent dispute charge, leaves negative reviews on social media or search engine sites, will be added to our Do Not Admit list for all future programs.
PES has been in operation since 2020. Since that time, we have served more than 500 students seeking allied health careers. In the past few years, we have expanded our operations, and have added new programs such as medical assisting, and we will soon be able to offer and share more information about our LPN program that will be launching in 2024.
Our owners are registered nurses with many decades of experience and they strive to offer a professional, humbling, and fun learning environment and teach and train healthcare workers of the future.
